How large is your crew for filming?
The size of our crew varies depending on the type of job and the package selected:

Bronze and Silver Packages: For simpler videos, such as those included in the Bronze and Silver packages, Jonny, our in-house director, will handle filming independently.

Gold, Platinum, or Custom Packages: For more complex videos included in these packages, we typically deploy a three to four-person crew. This crew may consist of a producer, director, assistant directors, photographer, makeup artist, and hairstylist, ensuring comprehensive support for your production needs.

Do you provide graphics or special effects
for the video?
Yes, alongside the editing process, we also offer custom graphics and special effects tailored to your video's requirements. Our team ensures that your video stands out with visually compelling elements, enhancing its overall impact and engagement.
What kind of equipment do you use?
We utilize professional broadcast-quality 4K video cameras as our primary filming equipment. Additionally, we employ supplementary tools such as lighting setups, gimbals, and other necessary equipment to ensure the highest quality production standards for your project.
In what format will I receive my video files?
You have the flexibility to choose the format in which you receive your video. We commonly provide videos in popular formats such as MP4 or MOV, ensuring compatibility with various devices and platforms. If you have specific format preferences, please let us know, and we'll accommodate your request accordingly.
Do you hire the models and find the locations?
Absolutely! We handle all aspects of casting and location scouting. Chris, our experienced casting director, will source the models and actors you need to bring your vision to life. Additionally, we offer location scouting services to find the perfect backdrop for your video, ensuring every detail is meticulously curated to meet your requirements.
What is the turnaround time for delivery?
The turnaround time varies based on the package selected: Typically, the turnaround is 7 to 10 days. The pro and Epic Packages: Due to the higher level of detail and customization involved, the turnaround is usually around 3 weeks. Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on the complexity of the project and current workload. We strive to deliver your video promptly while ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
What payment methods do you accept, and
what is your payment process?
We offer multiple convenient payment options to suit our clients' preferences. We accept cash, Zelle, Cash App, and credit card payments. Our payment process is structured as follows: 50% of the payment is required upon booking to secure your shoot date, with the remaining 50% due one day before the scheduled shoot. This ensures a seamless and hassle-free experience for our clients while providing flexibility and convenience in managing their payments.
